Whoa can you believe it that during Midsumma 2012 GLOBE is turning 20 years old.

GLOBE has been part of the Melbourne GLBTIQ community for 20 years and has hosted some significant events and functions during that time. It has helped both GLBTI business owners and professionals to network in a comfortable and easy going environment for many years.

We host FRUITS, BLEND (formerly Lemons) and BREAKFAST Networking along with many different other types of functions from dinners to Wine Nights.

GLOBE has put back into the Melbourne GLBTIQ community a large amount of money through our Community Grant scheme that has been in place for about 10 years. GLOBE has contributed over $25,000 to various small GLBTIQ initiatives that would have remained unfunded. We thank our members and guests who attend our functions for helping us do this.

We have had many people attend the different GLOBE functions over the years and we hope you can come along to celebrate with us at our 20th Anniversary Dinner coming up in early February 2012.

Thank you for your participation and support over the past 20 years and we are looking forward to another 20 years.
