ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of GLOBE Inc will be held on
Tuesday 21 August 2012 at The Fitz Cafe upstairs, 347 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy.

The scheduled start time is 7pm sharp.

BUSINESS

1. To confirm the minutes of the 2011 Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive and consider the report of the Committee
   – President’s report.
3. To receive and consider the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet for the year
   ended 30 June 2012 – Treasurer’s report.
4. To announce the recipients of the GLOBE GLBTI Community Grants 2012.
5. To elect members of the Committee for 2012/2013.
